传统卫星遥感具有数传能力有限和业务流程冗长的局限,难以满足海量遥感数据的实时获取需求。卫星通信和卫星遥感的发展融合能够提升遥感数传和处理能力,实现卫星即时遥感。梳理总结通遥融合的发展模式及未来演进方式,从通遥业务融合和通遥系统融合两种模式兼顾的角度出发,对卫星即时遥感系统的组成、部署和功能架构以及遥感数据中继、遥感在轨数据处理和在轨任务规划等典型业务流程开展研究。
Traditional satellite remote sensing suffer from limited data transmission capabilities and lengthy business processes
making it difficult to meet the real-time acquisition demand of massive remote sensing data. The integration of satellite communication and remote sensing can enhance the transmission and processing capabilities of remote sensing
achieving real-time service. This article summarizes the development modes of communication and remote sensing integration
as well as their future evolution. From the perspective of balancing business integration and system integration
it studies the composition
deployment and functional architecture of real-time satellite remote sensing systems
as well as typical business processes such as remote sensing data relay
onboard data processing and task planning.
