低轨卫星通信系统正朝着广覆盖、高性能的方向发展。传统相控阵天线通过功率回退来改善线性指标,该方法影响相控阵天线系统的等效全向辐射功率(equivalent isotropically radiated power,EIRP)指标。因此将数字预失真(digital pre-distortion,DPD)技术引入低轨卫星通信系统成为研究趋势,以解决星载相控阵天线EIRP和发射线性度矛盾的问题。基于性能和复杂度最优的一阶B样条数字预失真非线性模型进行实测,测试结果显示,数字预失真技术可以改善数字相控阵天线系统EIRP和线性要求的矛盾。
Low-orbit satellite communication systems are developing towards wide coverage and high performance. Traditional phased array antennas improve system linearity indicators through power backoff
a method that affects the equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) indicator of phased array antenna systems. Therefore
introducing digital pre-distortion (DPD) technology into low-orbit satellites has become a research trend to address the contradiction between the EIRP of spaceborne phased array antennas and transmission linearity. In this paper
field measurements were carried out based on the first-order B-spline digital pre-distortion nonlinear model with optimal performance and complexity. The test results showed that digital pre-distortion technology can alleviate the contradiction between the EIRP and linearity requirements of digital phased array antenna systems.
