分析海洋观测、极地科考、自主船舶航行、船舶动态跟踪等新型海洋应用对天地一体化信息网络的需求,提出海洋遥感数据中继、海洋观测平台天基物联、中远海船舶安全监管等典型海洋应用。通过天地一体化信息网络海洋应用的示范及推广,可促进海洋应用与天地一体化网络的有效融合,提升海洋信息化的综合水平,助力我国海洋经济的快速稳定发展。

improve the comprehensive level of marine informatization
