摘要

分析集装箱多式联运的发展趋势，针对现阶段集装箱运输智能化、信息化发展的迫切需求与面临的网络瓶颈，以卫星通信、物联网、大数据技术为依托，面向多式联运各相关方，构建一套开放、中立、安全可信的集装箱追踪监管、信息共享与应用服务平台。平台可为铁、公、水、航等不同承运载体、承运单位提供集装箱在途追踪监测数据与定制化应用服务，有效提升多式联运业务衔接效率，具有重要的经济与社会效益，为打造高效现代物流系统提供支撑。

With the statement of container multimodal transport development tendency and network bottleneck hindering information and intelligence evolution
