跳波束技术能够为卫星通信系统提供足够的灵活性和较高的资源利用率,在宽带卫星通信系统中展现良好的性能,但现有的跳波束技术波位规划方案相对固定,不能随业务需求特点的变化而变化,对于用户需求分布不均且位置分散的情况,跳波束技术的优势很难发挥。针对上述问题,提出一种波位优化的方法,利用相控阵天线的捷变特性,根据业务分布特点调整波束的大小,使得各个波束内的业务需求更加均衡。在此基础上,从需求量与实际传输容量相匹配的角度,建立最小化n阶差分目标函数,利用凸优化算法求解各个波束内分配的时隙资源,并对比波位优化前后系统的整体满意度及系统时延等性能参数。仿真分析结果表明,相比传统的波位规划方案,该算法能在提高系统整体满意度的同时降低系统时延,提升用户的接入成功率。
Beam hopping technology can provide enough fl exibility and high resource utilization for satellite communication system
and shows good performance in broadband satellite communication system.However
the existing beam planning scheme of beam hopping technology is relatively fi xed and can not change with the change of service demand characteristics.For the situation of uneven distribution of user demand and scattered location
the advantages of beam hopping technology are diffi cult to play.To solve the above problems
a beam optimization method was proposed
which used the agility characteristics of phased array antenna to adjusted the size of beam according to the characteristics of service distribution
so as to made the service demand in each beam more balanced.On this basis
from the perspective of matching the demand with the actual transmission capacity
the minimization n-order diff erence objective function was established
the time slot resources allocated in each beam were solved by convex optimization algorithm
and the overall satisfaction and system delay of the system before and after beam optimization were compared.The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional beam planning scheme
the algorithm could improved the overall satisfaction of the system
reduced the system delay and improved the access success rate of the users.
