全球范围内面向个人用户的移动通信卫星系统的发展建设已有三十多年,卫星移动通信技术水平和产业规模不断成熟。在卫星通信与地面通信系统走向深度融合和一体化发展的大趋势下,支持手机直连的新一代卫星移动通信是当前星地融合的卫星系统发展的新方向。阐述支持手机直连的卫星移动通信系统发展前景与驱动,提出基于高轨卫星和低轨卫星星座的卫星移动通信系统网络架构,从卫星角度出发分析上述架构中引入的网络特性及卫星技术挑战,最后对网络通信体制及相关关键问题进行深入探讨。
The development and construction of mobile communication satellite systems for individual users worldwide have been ongoing for over thirty years
and the technological level and industrial scale of satellite mobile communication are constantly maturing.Under the trend of deep integration of satellite communication and ground communication systems
the new generation of mobile communication satellites that support mobile phone connection is a new direction for the development of satellite-ground convergence.This paper expounded the development prospect and driving force of satellite system supporting mobile phone connection
proposed the mobile communication satellite network architecture based on GSO satellite and LEO satellite constellation
and analyzed the network characteristics and satellite technical challenges introduced in the above architecture from the perspective of satellite.Finally
the network communication system and related key issues were discussed.
