首先简要对比星链、AST SpaceMobile和Lynk Global 3家低轨卫星通信公司的手机直连卫星计划,其中星链已成功进行了测试,而AST SpaceMobile和Lynk Global尚未取得显著进展。虽均处于较早期阶段,但3家公司的技术路径展示了未来手机直连卫星的技术趋势。针对已经取得初步成功的星链,分析其商业模式,对比探索未来空天地一体化的主要技术路线成为业内的热点课题。以星链的公开信息为基础,采用商业模式画布理论就其手机直连卫星业务进行深入分析,从价值主张、产品服务、关键资源、客户细分、成本构成、客户关系和渠道通路、合作伙伴、收入来源等方面梳理星链手机直连卫星的业务特征和工作方式,进而对星链组网的技术路线进行探讨,对比分析自建核心网和共享核心网两种技术路径,推断出星链合理的组网技术方案。

compared and analyzed the self-built core network and shared core network approaches
ultimately inferring the most viable network technology solution for Starlink.
