摘要:LEO satellite communication networks, featuring wide coverage, low latency, and flexible deployment, have become an important part of integrated space-terrestrial communication system. However, during the downlink synchronization process for random access in large-scale LEO constellations, PCI modulo-3, modulo-4, and modulo-30 collisions among co-frequency beams may cause severe access interference and lead to subsequent random access failure. To address this issue, a two-stage heuristic PCI–SSB joint planning algorithm is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly reduces access interference over the baseline scheme and improves interference suppression capabilities in large-scale LEO satellite networks.

摘要:With the accelerating intelligentization of space exploration and utilization, projects represented by Starlink and Project Suncatcher have begun to promote the deployment of space-based data centers. Against this background, how to deeply integrate multidimensional resources such as communication, navigation, remote sensing, computing, and storage, and build a unified and efficient space-based information infrastructure, has become a key issue of common concern to industry and academia worldwide. Based on space-based cloud computing and virtualization technologies, and oriented to the practical requirements of future space-based information systems, this paper proposes a space intelligent cloud network (SICN) architecture featuring elastic scalability, resource sharing, information fusion, and agile service provisioning. It further analyzes key enabling technologies for challenges such as dynamic networking, space-ground collaboration, and highly reliable computing, aiming to provide important support for China to build an independent and controllable space information infrastructure.

摘要:LEO mega-constellations are revolutionizing global broadband connectivity landscape. However, constrained by the multidimensional scarcity of on-board power, spectrum bandwidth, and beam hopping time slots, efficient resource scheduling critically depends on prior knowledge of future traffic demands. Consequently, achieving robust multi-step forecasting of downlink traffic intensity at the logical beam level is indispensable for enabling proactive resource provisioning. To address the long-term periodicity and local burstiness of satellite traffic, a decoupled spatio-temporal forecasting framework is proposed. Specifically, this method utilizes data-adaptive orthogonal complex-valued bases to extract dominant temporal evolution patterns, achieving trend prediction via low-dimensional subspace projection and basis extension. Subsequently, a sparse vector autoregression model is introduced to model prediction residuals, explicitly capturing transient spatial couplings among beams. Experimental results demonstrate that, leveraging its compact representation and sparse structure, the proposed framework achieves superior prediction accuracy with significantly reduced computational overhead compared to existing baselines algorithms.

摘要:With the rapid evolution of 6G communication technology and space-air-ground integrated networks, the spaceborne core network, as a key supporting technology to achieve global seamless coverage and improve network service quality, has become a research focus jointly concerned by the academic and industrial communities. This paper systematically sorts out the research progress of the spaceborne core network. Firstly, it expounds the standard evolution path of 3GPP, ITU, and other standardization organizations in this field. Secondly, it analyzes its technical necessity from the perspectives of addressing the limitations of terrestrial communication and improving network performance, and demonstrates its implementation feasibility by combining satellite technology innovation and engineering practice verification. Subsequently, it deeply discusses key technologies including satellite-terrestrial distributed network architecture, lightweight onboard core network, handover optimization, dynamic deployment, edge computing and caching. Finally, based on the existing research bottlenecks, it looks forward to the future research trends in directions such as intellectualization, anti-destruction enhancement, new service adaptation, and security and privacy protection, providing theoretical references for further research and application of the spaceborne core network.
