摘要

对当前卫星无线电频率申报、协调与投入使用工作中普遍存在的以频谱占用为主的现状和原因进行分析，通过对当前卫星频率协调兼容性分析中的几个典型问题的具体研究，得到如何提高卫星频率轨道资源有效利用的具体措施，为卫星业务无线电频率有效共用提供发展思路和技术方法。

Abstract

The situation and causes of satellite frequency occupation in the current satellite network fi ling publication

coordination and operation was analyzed.Through the specifi c research on several typical topics in the current satellite frequency coordination compatibility analysis

specifi c measures were proposed to improve the eff ective utilization of satellite frequency orbit resources

so as to provide the eff ective sharing of satellite radio frequency technical methods.
