天基信息系统具有战场绝对高位优势、不受区域边界限制且不依赖制空制海权,具有全面提供战场信息支援,打破地理限制实现各军种、多种武器终端的广域互联的战略优势,已成为作战不可或缺的重要元素。针对未来全域作战对天基信息网络的能力需求,聚焦美国天基信息系统建设前沿,分析下一代过顶持续红外项目、天基Link 16、“黑杰克”项目、商业增强空间互联网络作战等典型系统的研究进展,总结美国智能天基信息系统建设概貌及发展趋势,提出对我国天基信息系统建设的启示及思考。
